Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)

People who perform at top levels in business, sports, and the arts, in emergency settings use mental abilities, which require preparation, dedication and training. These mental skills are visualization, thought and attention management, planning, goal setting and having a clear pre and post performance programme.

The coaching techniques that I apply are aimed at creating an inner constructive dialogue in order to boost motivation and transform failure into opportunities, learning to better use ourselves as a tool in life. These strategies teach us to make full use of our own mind’s potential by targeting the performers’ perception and interpretation of reality. Through a constant practice and professional support a person is able to better achieve concentration, improve self-discipline, planning and positive thinking, therefore increasing the likelihood of reaching an “in the zone” performance, i.e. one that is focused, lucid and optimal.
